Furry Talk Rules

Hello to you, reader, and welcome to Furry Family. If you are reading this, then chances are you're either new, wanting to see what changes were done to the rule page, or just wanted to see what the rules were again. In any case, thank you for taking your time to read this. I hope you can have fun here and get along with everyone who talks here. Now let's get down to the rules.

BASIC RULES

For those of you who are unfamiliar with this, Disqus has a set of basic rules that they expect everyone on Disqus to follow, and Furry Family will be no exception. 

What is not allowed on Disqus:

Targeted harassment or encouraging others to do so

Spam

Impersonation

Direct threat of harm

Posting personally identifiable information

Inappropriate profile content

The Rules

1. Be respectful and don't be a jerk. This is supposed to be a nice community for all to be a part of. Please be nice when commenting here and everything will be ok. Don't be a troll, don't harass anyone, and try not to be obnoxious either.

2. No lewd/overly sexual, NSFW, or overly gory posts. If the post (comment, picture, or video) is found to be lewd (in the crude and offensive definition) or at least too much to be allowed on the website, contains either a ton of blood or some organs showing from a wound of any sort, or is flat out not safe for work or viewing in similar public places, then the post will not be allowed. Comments may get more leniency though, depending on what the comment is.

Warning System and Ban System

If you are caught breaking a rule, then you will be asked to stop. If you keep going, then you will be warned with a temporary ban from commenting on the website. If you still continue to break the rules, then you will be banned for a few days. If you get banned three times, then the third ban will be permanent. Please note that if it's been decided that the offense is bad enough, then the reaction may skip straight to a warning or a ban without warning.

You are able to try to appeal a ban if you ever get banned from here, but it can be denied for any reason. Be warned. If you use an alternative account to get around a ban that's been placed on you here and I find out, then you will be perma-banned immediately, even if the ban was only temporary.

Post Times

New post every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday before or by 12:00pm Central Time unless something comes up or I forget to post yet again.

If anyone has any tips or suggestions for this rule page or the website in general, then please let me know so I can improve on this. Thanks again for taking your time to read over this page.
